What does Click to Call do?

Click to Call allows an online user to enter their phone number into a text box in an online ad/listing, select a time to be called, then be called and connected directly to the phone number of the person or company placing the online ad or listing.

How does it work?

Click to Call functions as follows.

  • Step 1: A potential online customer sees a banner ad with click to call function at SI website. He types his phone number in a box and click on a "Click to call" button, then the call is started.
  • Step 2: The online customer receives the call and hear an optional customized voice message (i.e. "Thank you for using the SI Click to Call. Please hold while we connect your call!"). The Click to Call then calls directly to SI representatives.
  • Step 3: The switchboard operator at SI hears the telephone ringing. The operator answers the phone and the two parties are connected.
