Larry H. Moore is a corporate executive and dynamic entrepreneur with more than 45 years experience in media and technology. He co-founded CText Inc. in 1983, where he served as Chairman and CEO. CText was recognized in the publishing industry as a developer of leading edge and innovative software solutions. The company was honored to be included in the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. in both 1989 and 1990 while Mr. Moore was recognized as Michigan Runner-Up Entrepreneur of the Year in 1990 and named Entrepreneur of the Year in 1991 by Ann Arbor's New Enterprise Forum. Over a period of 15 years, CText acquired and merged five companies and grew to more than 125 domestic employees and over 200 around the globe. CText was sold to net-linx A.G. in June of 2000.

Mr. Moore has acquired, merged, advised on and sold more than 18 domestic and international companies over the past 30 years. He served as an advisor to several startup companies, including Goalmine, TCS, uai.com.br and North Plains Systems which received a growth equity investment from Accel-KKR. Mr. Moore served on the Board of Directors for Cytura Corporation, which was sold to a publicly traded company in 2002. He consults to many international companies on mergers, acquisitions and opportunities in Brazil. Mr. Moore has advised Hicks Holdings on TV Cidade (Brazil) and Venezuela Cable Service Holdings (Dallas TX) in the past. He is presently an advisor to Grupo Ongoing (Portugal), Diarios Associados (Brazil), and AFS Mergers and Acquisitions Group (Brazil).

Mr. Moore has been a featured panelist and speaker at many conferences, including NAA Super Conference, multiple PANPA Conferences, multiple ANJ Conferences (Brazil) and the Y2K ANPE-IFRA Congress.

Tim Moore is an experienced corporate executive with more than 21 years in the media and software industry. He co-founded Software Innovations Inc. in 1994, where he has served as President and COO. Software Innovations Inc was recognized in the publishing industry as a VAR of leading edge and innovative software solutions by ANJ in 1998-2002.

Mr. Moore has an extensive knowledge of technology and international business economics. As a result, he was instrumental in establishing the Brazilian Internet Association (BIA) in 1996. He was primarily responsible for Software Innovations being named Exclusive US Technology/Solutions provider for the Associados Group (Brazil), and Preferred Media Solutions Provider for five of the largest Brazilian Media Companies. Mr. Moore annually attends many industry conferences including Supercomm and Telexpo. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Bud L. Raymor's career began in 1997 in the legal field, where he specialized in corporate and tax matters. His legal experience with shareholders, officers and executives has given him a multitude of insight into the corporate world.

Since joining SI in 2004, he has acquired an understanding of technology and international business processes that are required in today's Global economy.

He has spent the majority of his time in International markets (Europe, Central American and Brazil), in which he has developed operational, accounting, technical and logistics skills necessary for a company to strive in Global markets.

His skills in the technical area of VoIP (Switching and network) were beneficial in making SI's Brazilian entity TESA the largest domestic VoIP provider in Brazil.
